Introduction to CNC precision machining common fatal problem points

Apr 27,2024 53

Shenzhen Hanstar is specializing in CNC precision machining, today we will talk about the CNC precision machining common problem points, and how we should avoid and prevent it.

The following are common problems of CNC precision machining points:

First, CNC precision machining common problem points ---- overcutting

A, tool problems caused by overcutting are due to the tool being too long or other reasons leading to the knife having elasticity, in the process of processing will produce overcutting phenomena

B, the processing parameters of the equipment are unreasonable, the equipment is too fast or feeds too much, which is also one of the reasons for overcutting

C, the clamping method is not correct is also one of the reasons for CNC precision machining overcut.

Second, CNC precision machining common problem points ---- burr

A, the cross-hole burr is CNC precision machining one of the most headaches, after processing the hole burr will certainly be processed towards the front of the hole turned over, resulting in workpiece processing burr residue;

B, dead centre root burr is also CNC precision machining is difficult to solve a problem, in general, as far as possible, choose a small tool for clearing the corner;

C, sharp angle burr, many parts drawings do not allow sharp angle obtuse, which directly leads to the processing of sharp angle burr to rely on manual removal, and the risk is very large,

Third, CNC precision machining of common problems ---- points in the inadmissible

A, burrs after processing will affect the accuracy of the centering, resulting in the centering is not right, resulting in parts processing scrap.

B, the tolerance of the reference plane is too large, resulting in the centering is not right.

C, operator error can also cause inaccurate centering, or data compensation is not correct.

Fourth, CNC precision machining common problems ---- deformation

Material stress release will lead to deformation of the parts, resulting in size overruns, and parts scrapped;

B, the clamping method is not correct, resulting in loose clamping, deformation of the parts, and size changes;

C, the cutting volume is too large, resulting in deformation of the parts, and the size of the parts.

These problems are the CNC precision machining common problems, in general, as long as the technicians engaged in CNC precision machining certainly have encountered these problems, the solution to us in the subsequent articles and then one by one.
